Reading Rescue!

Ages 8-10

Homework:

Parents will need to work with their child(ren) for a minimum of 10 minutes daily on reading practices, as well as come to the last 15 minutes of class.

PreReqs:

If your child is struggling with reading, this class will help develop strategies for reading, practice letter/vowel blends, work on fluidity, and strengthen comprehension. Students need to know letter and vowel sounds as well as know upper and lowercase.

Does your child hate reading? Are they struggling with reading concepts or falling behind their peers? This class will help to build or shore up reading skills and stamina. The class will run for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the last 15 minutes parents will be required to come to the class to learn what was taught and what they will need to work on over the week.
