Marine Biology II - New Students Welcome!
Teacher: Jacki Solis
Cost: $235 or $215 if taking 2 or more classes
Mat Fees: $30
This science class has all new Marine Animals to learn about! We will concentrate our time together on marine wildlife and marine habitats. While we learn about a large number of members of each biological kingdom that live in marine environments, we will get to focus our dissections on Clams, Sea Stars and the Dogfish Shark. We will also investigate Sponges from the ocean and Coral Specimens. The ocean contains the largest animals in the world, and also the smallest! We will learn about the microscopic organisms that make life in the ocean possible, including details about their interesting habits and life cycles. Come learn about the ocean with us while we watch short films, do dissections, look through microscopes and so much more!
