In this class students will be learn tips and tricks for baking from scratch. What can we add to basic recipes? What are ways to use less sugar? What types of flour are available, and how do we get cakes to rise? We'll learn these skills and more to prepare for our competitive bake off! Our crash course on chemistry in the kitchen and how we can make a baked good go from good to GREAT will help us with our new creations! Learn new skills that will have you in the kitchen all summer long!!
